About Ringkøbing Camping

Ringkøbing Camping is privately owned and run by Henk and Natasja and their son Bram Kroes

The site was founded in 1957 by Henning and Inga Kjeldsen, and was named Æblehavens Camping. (because it was an apple orchard from 1935)

In 1997 it was sold to Henrik Neergaard and Anne Marie Henriksen.

In November 2007 it was then sold to us, (Henk and Natasja Kroes) who still own it to this day.

We have lived on the site and developed the campsite since we took over the site. It is us you meet at the reception, and it is us who clean the toilets and mow the grass.    We are always ready for a chat or a question.

In June 2014 we changed the name from Æblehavens Camping to Ringkøbing Camping.

The site is 74,000 m2 large and is located in "Femhøjsande Plantage" with respect for nature and wildlife around the campsite.

We constantly strive to improve our work at the campsite. If you have a good idea, an improvement for the site, or just a question for us, you are always welcome to send an email.
