Waste: Help us sort

We sort the waste into the following groups: Residual waste, glass, cans, paper/cardboard, plastic/food carton, and food waste.

Departure

With your own car, camper van or tent, you must leave the campsite by 11:30 AM during high and mid season. In low season, by agreement with the reception. Unused days are not refundable. In case of shortening / return trip before the end of the stay, no refund will be given.

Arrival

With your own car, camper, tent, camplet, cabin, or Nature Suite after 2:00 PM. Arrival before 2:00 PM or later than 6:00 PM can only be made by prior arrangement. If arrival has not occurred by 6:00 PM without arrangement, the reservation will be forfeited. In this regard, no claims for refund of the deposit can be made.

Motorhomes

Motorhomes are warmly welcome and can, like all other guests, freely choose the spot they desire.

Payment of the reservation

When reserving a space for a campsite, tent, or camper van, 50% of the stay must be prepaid. The rest is paid upon departure. For all rental units, payment is made during online booking.

Confirmation

When booking a Nature Suite or a cabin, a spot for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will receive a confirmation of the ordered product.
Delivery of the ordered product will take place upon arrival at Ringkøbing Camping on the day of arrival and ends upon departure on the day of departure. Both of these times are stated in the aforementioned confirmation. Unused days will not be refunded once you have started your vacation, and your spot cannot be sold to others during the stay.

Cars and driving on the premises

All driving must take place at a walking pace. A maximum of 1 car is allowed per unit. Car no. 2 is referred to the parking spaces. Please do not park in other spaces. 

Bollards

 Access to our campsite is through license plate recognition. Bollards are open from 07:00 to 22:00. The bollard is closed between 22:00 and 07:00. 

Booking

We have no booking fees, our prices are without extra charges. We strive to provide what the guest desires, but reserve the right to change any booking made for a specific site/cabin to a site/cabin of equivalent standard, without the booking thereby being deemed invalid. We disclaim any responsibility for incorrect prices and calculations.

Fire and fire safety

There must always be 3 meters between your unit and your neighbor's, whether it's about caravans, tents, or motorhomes. Fire extinguishing equipment can be found in several places on the site. In case of fire, call 112, and inform the reception. Campfires are only allowed at the campfire site.

Shower

Price for 4 minutes of warm water is 5,- dkk with start and stop.

Force Majeure

If the lease is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, uprisings, epidemic, pandemic, etc.), Ringkøbing Camping is not liable for interrupted or not completed stays.

First Aid

We are trained in first aid and have a defibrillator in the kiosk. You just need to contact the reception, and we will assist and call for help.

Grill

It is allowed to grill on the grounds, but the grill must not be placed directly on the grass (disposable grills are prohibited) or directly on the terrace by the cottages, Nature Suite, or Luxury Cabin. 

Guests

All guests must report to the reception before entering the site. Guests park their car in the parking lot outside the campsite to avoid unnecessary traffic. 

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome. Dogs must always be on a leash and may not be walked indoors on the grounds. Dog bags are available at the reception for free use. Right next to the campsite is a dog park where the dog can be walked off-leash, if desired.

Identification

Everyone must present valid identification with name and address upon arrival. Camping pass is not required at check-in.

Running routes, hiking trails and MTB

Just outside the campsite, a wealth of opportunities for running, hiking, and MTB awaits. Ask at the reception about the options available.

We also have cycling routes that start from the campsite ranging from 15 km to 39 km.

Breakfast

We have breakfast for the next day only by reservation, which must be made at the reception. In the low season, we only have breakfast on weekends and holidays.

The bread is from Ejvinds Bakery.

Reception - Opening hours

The reception is open every day, please check the reception door for the opening hours. In the low season, the opening hours may vary, but we are always on site and can always be contacted at +45 97320420

Peace

There must be peace in the area between 23:00-7:00.

Service buildings

There are service buildings with kitchen, bath, toilet, changing room, chemical toilets etc. Please help us keep the facilities nice and clean by always leaving them in the same nice condition as they were found in. Our cleaning time is between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Power

There is power at all spots, but not at the tent site. You need to use a CEE plug and have 10 amperes available.

When staying at the campsite, you can buy 4 kWh. Everything that is used beyond that will be charged per kWh 5,- dkk.

Tom wagon

Outside the high season, it is possible to leave the wagon for free in the space between weekends. We offer that you can leave the wagon unattended and without power for free from Sunday to Friday for a maximum of 3 weekends in a row.

Laundry

Laundry is located in the white service building.  We have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer.
